A red sedan is parked in front of the building on the left side. A person is visible walking on the sidewalk. The setting is suburban with some surrounding trees. The building appears to be two to three storeys high with a flat roof.

A modern industrial duplex apartment features a double-height living area with a gray microcement wall and a natural wood floor. A gray modular sofa and wooden chairs surround a dark wood dining table. A floating staircase with wooden treads leads to a loft bedroom with a metal railing. The walls are painted in a matte gray, and indirect lighting is integrated into the ceiling. Windows provide moderate natural light. A modern kitchen with dark cabinetry is visible in the background. The space is styled with low clutter.
